Institutional Links and Cooperation

The Institute is proud of its extensive national and international links and it encourages involvement by both its faculty and students in activities.  Opportunities range from the exchange of students and faculty to research work and projects.  Other examples of IITR's activities are given below:

International Cooperation

The Institute is committed to international cooperation and has been actively involved in partnering with countries to develop initiatives in the fields of engineering, applied sciences, social science and management education.  Programmes run by Water Resources Development and Management (WRDM) and the Department of Hydrology, attract postgraduate international students from over 50 countries.  The Institute is delighted to welcome these talented students who ultimately contribute to both their home country and global long term development.

International students have applied to the Institute via the following channels:
