In India out 20% of all patients seen by primary health care doctors have one or more mental disorders. According to health ministry 7% of the Indian population suffers from mental disorders. So if you are not able to deal with your problems effectively, you can take help of counseling- of your friend or even better professional. Please note that going for counseling does not indicate that you are helpless or incapable of solving your problems.
