E - Learning Centre (ELC)

E - Learning Centre (ELC) formerly Educational Technology Cell (ET CELL), a part and parcel of IIT Roorkee is situated near the building of Center for Continuing Education. This cell was primarily conceived to produce high quality Video/Web/Multimedia based instructional material, syllabus based content development for the National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) project and short courses/training programmes for faculty for development of video/web based courses.
