To expedite research integration and synthesis into strategic knowledge on climate change through an integrative network featuring Research Centres of Excellence (CoEs)as feeders, alongside key strategic and policy institutions; and through policy-oriented research, evidence synthesis, and capacity building support, to enable informed policies, plans, and actions in the areas of Adaptation to Climate Change, Resilience, and Sustainability.
