M365 is being made available for instruction, research, classwork and non-commercial personal use.
How to Download and install From your device (PC/ Laptop: Windows or Mac)
1. Sign into
https://portal.office.com 2. Using your IITR email address and your MS Teams password (i.e. in fact these are same for accessing Office 365)
3. In the upper-right of the screen, click "Install Office" and select "Office 365 apps" and follow the on-screen instructions.
4. After installation, start Office and sign in with the account you use for Office 365: iitr e-mail id; and your MS Teams password (in fact these are same for accessing Office 365).
In case of any difficulty, please let us know. Note: One can use these M365 Apps will till you are affiliated to IIT Roorkee and subject to renewal of M365 Apps subscription.
