Guidelines for Applying for No-Dues Clearance

Students must ensure the following steps are completed before applying for No-Dues clearance:

1. Library Clearance: Return all borrowed books and pay any pending overdue fines if any.
2. Data Backup: Ensure you have taken a backup of all necessary files, projects, emails, or other important data from the computer lab or any other system used by you in the department's labs/offices.
3. Key Submission: Return all keys issued by the department, including lab keys, cabin keys, or any other access keys, to the concerned faculty or caretaker.
4. Equipment Return: Submit all issued equipment, including PCs, workstations, instruments, data cards, cameras, or any other departmental resources, to the respective lab or faculty in charge.
5. Lab & Facility Clearance: Ensure that any laboratory equipment, tools, or materials issued to you during your academic tenure are returned.
6. Cabin/Workspace Vacating: If a cabin or workspace was allotted, vacate it and return the keys to the department's caretaker. Remove all personal belongings and return any departmental property.
7. Obtain No-Dues from Concerned Labs/Office/Sections: The applicant must obtain No-Dues clearance from all respective labs, sections, and offices.
8. Final Submission: After obtaining all necessary clearances, submit the No-Dues with self-declaration form (attached below -for download), complete in all respects, to the Department’s Office for final approval.

Attention: Students must complete all the above steps to avoid delays in their No-Dues approval process.
