Bharat Singh Chair Professor

Prof. Ashish Pandey (Head of the Department, WRD&M, IIT Roorkee) has been selected as the Bharat Singh Chair Professor for Water Resources instituted by the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation (Erstwhile Ministry of Water Resources), Govt. of India for the period of 3 years from 2023 - 2025.

BIS (BUREAU OF INDIAN STANDARDS) CHAIR PROFESSOR

Professor Deepak Khare (Department of Water Resource Development & Management, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee) has been selected as the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) Chair Professor by Ministry of Consumer Affairs Food and Public Distribution, Government of India for the period of 3 years from 2023-2025.
