Excellent, Thanks to this great initiative from NPTEL. The student is really hard working and sincere. One research paper has already been communicated to Journal of Hazardous materials, two more research papers are in preparation, and she has presented in 4 international conferences.

Manoj is a hard-working, excellent student and a quick learner. He worked on instrument fabrication and seismic wavefield simulation. One of the instruments fabricated by Manoj even went to Antarctica for monitoring purposes.

Exceptional performance. Worked both in theory and experimental work resulting in two papers. The predoc initiative is very useful to get confidence of working at a premier institute in a research environment.
