To commemorate the 25th Year of the National Magnetic Resonance Society, workshops covering basic aspects of Magnetic Resonance and its applications will be held at different parts of the country, which will help students to learn the basics of magnetic resonance and get the latest information on state-of-the-art NMR applications.
IIT Roorkee is among the foremost of institutes of national importance in higher technological education as well as engineering, basic and applied research. Since its establishment, the Institute has played a vital role in nation-building by providing technically skilled manpower and generating knowledge through its research in Science and technology. The Institute has contributed to all sectors of technological development.
The Institute has completed more than 170 years of its existence. It was converted to IIT on September of India and declared it as the nation’s seventh Indian Institute of Technology, an “Institution of National Importance”.
