Tell us something about your experience before joining DoMS IIT Roorkee?
I have done my graduation in Electrical Engineering from ITER (SOA University). I have been involved as a Student Coordinator in Tech and Cultural fest of my college. I have also organised blood donation camps in my college. My final year Project Paper is published by IEEE. I have been involved in various Sports events of my Undergraduate College. I have worked as a Data analyst in Krafstar Management for 13 months.
What is it that you want to learn and become more proficient at during your stay at DoMS IIT Roorkee?
I want to improve my Managerial Skills in these 2 years at DoMS, IIT Roorkee. DoMS, IIT Roorkee will provide me the opportunity to have industry oriented knowledge. I am looking forward to work on my communication skills as well as presentation skills. I also want to improve my networking skills and want to connect with different sets of people.
What suggestions would you like to give to a prospective student about DoMS IIT Roorkee?
As a Student of DoMS, we get various opportunities to connect with industry personalities who come as Guest Speakers or Guest Lecturers. Dual Specialisation at DoMS provides students the opportunity to have knowledge of two domains. IIT Roorkee has one of the most beautiful campuses across India and we get a world-class infrastructure for education and sports. Case-based studies and industry-oriented knowledge makes us ready for corporate jobs. IIT Roorkee has also a strong alumni base and industry connect.
