Tell us something about your experience before joining DoMS IIT Roorkee?
I am a 2016 B.Tech Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Roorkee. Before joining DoMS, IITR, in 2021, I have worked as an Assistant Manager in Coal India Limited ( PSU). This multi-faceted experience in the challenging environment provided me the opportunity to work in various leadership roles.
What is it that you want to learn and become more proficient at during your stay at DoMS IIT Roorkee?
During my MBA at DoMS, IIT Roorkee, I want to boost my career by developing Financial and Analytical skills along with business strategy formulation through a comprehensive curriculum, industry exposure & participating in various related events and competitions. Also, the structure of the program is such that it will enhance my communication and managerial skills to match the global standards.
What suggestions would you like to give to a prospective student about DoMS IIT Roorkee?
I am myself a B.Tech. Alumni of IIT Roorkee, I would advise any prospective student of DoMS, IITR to utilize each and every platform that the extensive infrastructure of IIT Roorkee provides. He should not leave any stone unturned, may it be academic curriculum matching current market standards backed by an elite panel of faculties or any chance to become a member of a wide range of clubs and committees hosted by IITR for all-around personality development.
