Q. What documents must a student attach while submitting the form?
Ans: The student must attach the Institute ID card, the guidelines of the scheme for which they are applying, and the supporting documents, guidelines (e.g., the fee receipt from the institute, previous mark sheets, and any other relevant documents) along with the form.
Q. What Documents are required to be attached for the MMVY scholarship?
Ans: For the MMVY scholarship, the student must attach the following documents:
i. Copy of application form
ii. Copy of 12th mark sheet
iii. Copy of entrance exam
iv. Copy of M.P. domicile certificate
v. Copy of income certificate
vi. Copy of student Aadhar card
vii. Copy of fee receipt
viii. Fee structure of the institution
ix. Copy of bank account details
All documents must be signed and self-attested by the student.
Q. What is the process of filling the claim form?
Ans: The student must fill out the claim form provided by the institute and attach the supporting documents and guidelines, including (Screenshot of the amount shown on the portal, Fee receipt, and a copy of bank passbook).
Q. Which scholarships require the claim form to be filled out?
Ans: For scholarships where the funds are sent directly to the institute, you are required to fill out the claim form. Examples of such scholarships include MMVY, FAEA and the Aditya Birla Scholarship.
Q. What documents are required for NCERT (NTSE)?
Ans: Required documents:
i. Student's ID card
ii. Marksheet
iii. Complete form (Pages 1 to 4) filled
iv. CGPA: You should mention the semester-wise CGPA.
Q. If a scholarship asks about financial assistance, should I mention it in the form?
Ans: Yes, you should mention it in the form. Whether you're eligible or not will depend on the scholarship guidelines.
Q. Do I need to attach my mark sheet with every form and document?
Ans: The mark sheet should only be attached to forms and documents where your marks or CGPA are requested. It is mandatory to include the mark sheet in such instances to provide the required information.
Q. Is parent's ID card important in the student form and why do we need to submit it to the scholarship office?
Ans: Some scholarships, such as railway, bank, or departmental scholarships, require the parents' ID card. The institute needs to know if the student's father is working in that department or not.
Q. Is MCM allowed with an NCERT scholarship?
Ans: No, Student cannot avail of the MCM (Merit-cum-Means) scholarship along with the NCERT scholarship.
