Research Facilities
Gamma-ray Detector
A large volume high-purity Germanium (HPGe) detector with Genie-2k software for Gamma-ray acquisition and analysis.
Godrej Fume Hood
A highly effiecient Fume hood (Godrej make) is installed to serve purpose of Trace analysis and Radio-isotopic separation. It limits the human exposure to hazardous or toxic fumes, vapors or dusts during the radio isotopic separation procedure.
BioTek UV Spectrophotometer
Spectrophotometer used to measure the concentration of a known substance in a solution. This is done by passing a light through the substance and measuring light intensity as a function of wavelength.
