Procedure to generate booking on I-STEM portal: 1) Create login on I-STEM portal preferably with your official email id otherwise verification will take extra time.
2) Search required equipment on the I-STEM portal (Equipment Code are given in the below table).
3) Request slot for booking as per your requirement (Kindly select correct user category for charges).
4) Wait for the slot approval from the respective instrument lab incharge.
5) Proceed to payment.
6) Dispatch the samples, transaction receipt and requisition form to IIC address.
NOTE: 1) The Equipment Requisition Form for samples analysis duly forwarded by the concerned Supervisor/HoD, with details of NEFT/RTGS/UPI transfer and GST number of the concerned Institute, may kindly be send to the following address. Kindly mention e-mail and mobile number in the application.

3) Samples received without prior intimation/discussion will be analyzed as and when slots are available.
4) Kindly contact the lab inCharge of the respective facility before sending the samples for the measurement.
5) External users are requested to register using official email id for easy verification. If you opt to use personal email id (gmail, yahoo and rediffmail) for registration, kindly provide scan copy of your official id for verification. You are also requested to mention you full details like designation, affiliation and official address during registration.
6) Kindly select correct user category for charges while booking the equipment. In case of wrong information, your booking will be rejected.
