Prof. Saravana Kumar M, was developed under the Semicon India initiative at the Analog & Mixed Signal Circuit Design Lab, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, IIT Roorkee. The chip integrates key analog building blocks—including bandgap references, ring and relaxation oscillators, and comparators—alongside various devices, to extract data and evaluate circuit performance at cryogenic temperatures

Dr. Prabhat Ranjan, Dr.Ajay Yadav, Dr. Avirup Dasgupta, and Dr. Ajay Kumar from the ECE Department, IIT Roorkee, have been granted a Design Patent for their device titled "A Sensor-Based Device to Detect Harmful Gases" (Design No. 454118-001).
