What You Will Need

Submit an Extended Abstract

Submit a 1-page extended abstract outlining your research. The submission portal will be soon announced.

Prepare Your Poster

If selected, you will create a printed poster for display during the conference. A0 portrait is the recommended format; final dimensions and specifications will be confirmed in the official call for participation.

Be Ready to Talk About Your Work

Alongside your poster, prepare a short pitch that introduces the motivation, approach and key results of your work. The aim is to start a conversation and not to give a long presentation.

Who Can Participate?

The Poster Presentation Track is open to UG, PG and PhD students with recently accepted or ongoing research in AI/ML.

Bring a question, an idea, a result or a problem you're working to solve — and use the CARE conference community to help take it further.
