Registration opens in September 2026. Below are the participant categories and fees. The online registration portal will be linked here when it goes live.

Registration fees

Fees are per person in Indian Rupees (INR) and include conference materials and catering across the three days. In case of student registration, the fees also cover the lodging charges in the students' hostel at IIT Roorkee.

Please note that we do not entertain cancellation of registrations, and no refunds will be provided.

How to submit registration fee:

Using Bank transfer

Please transfer the respective amount in the IITR conference account (ACCOUNT DETAILS). After transfer the amount, please send the receipt by email to the "cods24@ma.iitr.ac.in".

Using SBICollect

  1. Please open the https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm in your browser. If clicking the link doesn’t work, copy the link and paste it into the browser.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click the Check Box and then click Proceed button for the payment.
  3. Enter: State of Corporate / Institution: Uttarakhand
  4. Enter: Type of Corporate / Institution: Educational Institutions
  5. Hit Go
  6. Enter: Educational Institutions Name: Dean SRIC CONF
  7. Press Submit
  8. Select Payment Category: IIT Roorkee Conference
  9. Fill the Conference Code: CONFR-XYZ-MFS
  10. Select Category: Individual (or Corporate if making payment as Sponsor/ Partner)
  11. Please enter your Name, Email ID.
  12. Please enter the payable amount.
  13. Please enter remarks, if any.
  14. Again enter Name, DOB, Mobile Number, Email ID , and the text as shown in the image.
  15. Click Submit button to continue.
  16. Verify the details and Click Confirm button to continue.
  17. You will be directed to a payment gateway where you can choose from a range of options.
  18. After making the payment, you will get a confirmation page and an SMS on the mobile number provided above.
  19. Note down SBCollect Reference Number on the confirmation page.
  20. Complete the registration form (Link for registration).
  21. Email the payment receipt to the conference email ID.
